EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

As per compliance followed by our company, we don’t do any exchange, Goods once sold can’t be exchanged because of commercial tax Laws are enforced, We respect our customers & in case of any exceptional circumstances, please send us an email to arphibonaturegallery@gmail.com & we will do the best possibilities for you. We request you to kindly verify your orders before making a final purchase to avoid such scenarios & cooperate with us.


RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

  • At our online platform arphibo.com (hereinafter referred to as the platform), we can decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return against the acceptable conditions, If the payment for the order was done from your side then a refund/return for such payment will be processed to your original payment method within stipulated time subject to bank rules.
  • Customer may make the refund/return request within 24 hours from the receipt of Products, if the product(s) so delivered is/are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications, and/or found defective in nature.
  • Further, the refund/return request cannot be made beyond the aforesaid period of 24 hours. We shall not accept the refund/return request from the customer after the expiration of the aforesaid time period. We require the images of the product/ images of the box/ received invoice along with a query for the products under refund/return request therefore you will share the same in original conditions to us on our below-mentioned email within 24 hours of product delivery:-

Kindly note that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images, our company will decide & inform you about return/refunds, only after getting the internal management approval. Such a process will take 2-3 working days.

  • If you have selected Cash on Delivery (CoD) and the order has been delivered. It is noted that if the delivered orders are not matched as per the conditions mentioned above, then the above clause shall come into effect.

REFUNDS

Following are the conditions applicable on the refund process:-        

  • In case any consignment is GIT (Goods in Transit /damaged / lost / misrouted / confirmed by L.S.P (Logistics Service Providers). (After validation by ARPHIBO Team, Refund can be initiated within 24 hours) subject to LSP notification.
  • In case any consignment is wrong/not as per specification/damaged etc. delivered to the Consumers. Consumer may place the refund request within 24 hours from the date of delivery (After validation by ARPHIBO Team, Refund can be initiated, within 48 hours)
  • Prepaid Orders:- Credit Card/ Debit Card / Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account) / UPI Linked Bank Account à Within 24 working hours, the refund will be initiated and it will take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into your original source account it may vary from time to time depend on respective bank rules.
  • Pay on Delivery (for C.O.D.) Orders:- NEFT to Bank Account - Within 24 working hours, the refund will be initiated and it will take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into your original source account it may vary from time to time depend on respective bank rules.
